You set the asking price. EPEX verifies the property record, prevents duplicate listings and coordinates the transaction through partner banks.

    Submit your property

    Provide the property details, official identifiers and your authority to sell from your seller workspace.

    Verification review

    EPEX reviews identity, ownership authority and documentary consistency, and checks the property against existing records so the same property cannot be listed twice.

    Approve your listing

    You approve the listing content and asking price in ETB before publication. Price changes are versioned and recorded.

    Offers and settlement

    Review offers, accept one to open a transaction case, and sign your seller authority. Your proceeds are released only after ownership transfer is officially recorded.

Your proceeds

Purchase funds sit with a partner bank, never with EPEX. Seller proceeds and seller-nominee payments cannot be permitted before transfer, and settlement requires a jointly approved closing statement plus a separate settlement approver.
