What EPEX reviews before publishing
An EPEX reviewer checks your identity, your authority to sell, the ownership document, the photos and the property location. Each completed check is recorded on the listing's public report. Your listing is published only after you approve the final content and asking price. If something needs correcting, you receive a list of the items to fix.
Fees
Any EPEX fee that applies to your sale is shown to you in writing before you approve your listing. Closing costs are itemised on the closing statement.
