For brokers

Collaborate on verified records, not duplicated listings

EPEX gives brokers one canonical record per property, explicit mandates and a shared transaction case, so the same property is never marketed twice under conflicting terms.

How mandates work

A broker acts on a property only under a recorded mandate that states its scope and period. Mandates are visible in the property record, and expired or revoked mandates immediately end listing and offer access.

Client and data access

Brokers see the clients and transactions they are assigned to. Buyer and seller contact details, documents and transaction evidence are shared on a need-to-know basis and every access is recorded in the audit trail.

Commissions

Commission entitlements are recorded against the transaction and appear as line items on the closing statement. Commission is payable through the settlement process after ownership transfer is officially recorded; EPEX does not hold or pay out balances outside that process.
